The Garden of My Thoughts
Planting the seeds of Conscious Thinking with our children.
A part of the Conscious Living Series hosted by Devika Mankani, this popular workshop is based on principles of neuroscience and holistic psychology. Devika will invite children to embrace the power of their thoughts and teach them simple practices to reinforce nurturing thoughts. In this engaging workshop, she will focus on three main areas of discussion: our thoughts, our relationships, and our environment. The workshop will be conducted in the workshop room, followed by an activity in the beautiful garden at The Hundred Wellness Centre. The workshop is exclusively for children, and parents will receive a summary at the end. Devika will address any questions at a post-workshop questionnaire session.
