Valeo Health, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar’s AI-driven healthcare platform delivering expert-led care at home across every stage of life, has hit 1 million orders since its founding five years ago. To mark its 5th anniversary, the company is sharing what that data reveals: most people don’t know they have a health risk until they test for one – and once they do, the numbers move.
The findings are drawn from anonymised data across Valeo’s user base in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, gathered over five years of at-home testing, consultations and guided health programmes.
Among users who tested for the first time, 66% had high cholesterol and 33% had elevated HbA1c levels. Separately, amongst users enrolled in Valeo’s weight management programmes, 75% had a BMI above 25 at the start of their journey.
The data also shows what happens once people act. Of users who retested, 47.6% saw their cholesterol improve, those on a guided weight loss journey lost an average of 20% of their body weight, and 47% saw their HbA1c improve within 3–4 months on Valeo’s Berberine+ programme. Additionally, 42% of users improved their Longevity Score upon retesting.
“Nearly one million health orders later, the data tells a clear story: many people are living with health risks they don’t know they have,” said Nadin Karadag, COO & Co-Founder of Valeo Health. “The encouraging part is that when people understand their health and take action, those markers improve. The biggest risk isn’t getting a bad result – it’s never testing in the first place.”
Over the past year, Valeo has expanded its services to meet a wider range of health needs, including; doctor-guided peptide therapy, newborn care and postpartum wellness programme, hair growth treatment programmes, advanced functional testing and enhanced corporate health solutions.
“We’ve been focused on longevity for the past five years, long before it became a mainstream healthcare conversation,” said Sundeep Sahni, CEO & Co-Founder of Valeo Health. “The launch of the Dubai Longevity Authority reflects a growing shift toward prevention and healthy ageing. Our own data shows that when people receive personalised support, they can meaningfully improve their long-term health.”
“These outcomes are powered by a combination of AI-driven health insights, wearable integration, continuous monitoring and guidance from our doctors, nutritionists and functional medicine experts delivered through the Valeo Health App.”
To mark its 5th anniversary, Valeo Health is also offering its community AED 200 off services using the code BDAY5, and running a giveaway of 50 Advanced Blood Tests, each valued at AED 700, via its Instagram channel.
