YAS MALL ANNOUNCES EXCITING LINEUP TO CELEBRATE UAE NATIONAL DAY
In the lead-up to the UAE’s 52nd National Day, Yas Mall is paying tribute to the nation’s unity with an exciting ten-day celebration packed with cultural activities, decorations, live performances and exciting retail collaborations across the mall.
Commencing November 25th, Yas Mall will be embellished with National Day-themed decorations and colours. UAE Flags will adorn various sections of the mall, while the Town Square Skylight and Mosaic will illuminate in the colours of the UAE national flag. Inside, vibrant decorations will enhance the mall interiors, providing the perfect setting for capturing Instagram-worthy moments with family and friends.
The festivities will be further amplified from 1st to 4th December, where, upon arrival, the local specialty coffee roastery and shop Emirati Coffee will offer complimentary traditional Arabic coffee and dates to welcome visitors at the main entrance of the mall. Captivating displays will be witnessed by the UAE Military Marching Band, as well as traditional Ayallah, Harbiya, Al Yola performances, and patriotic Oud musicians. Children will be entertained by a special parade by Kidzania. The mall’s 3D screens and displays will glow, showcasing UAE National Day-themed music videos featuring renowned singers.
Additionally, a vibrant lineup of cultural experiences and showcases also await shoppers at Yas Mall. Patrons can immerse themselves in various activities, such as engaging with the Al Tawash, the knowledgeable merchants of the sea, to open oysters and enjoy traditional maritime shows. The Heritage Hub offers engaging workshops focusing on heritage and sustainability, offering interactive experiences on sand art terrariums, embroidery on Khoos, and tote bag workshops. Lastly, Alghadeer Emirati Crafts will exhibit women’s handcrafted artworks, highlighting their talent and cultural heritage.
