This November, Zurich’s iconic Blue Sofa returns, with an exciting twist: three of the region’s biggest icons, Khalid Al Ameri, Kris Fade & Priti Malik will be on-site to lead sessions that motivate, energize, and inspire.

Meet the Stars and Get Ready to Move!
- 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM with Kris Fade Join Kris Fade on the Blue Sofa as he motivates attendees with a dynamic fitness session. Get ready for quick activations like burpees, push-ups, and jumping jacks while Kris keeps the energy high with engaging conversations.
- 9:30 AM – 11:00 AM with Priti Malik and Jason Grima Priti Malik and Jason Grima lead a 30-minute HIIT class for all fitness levels, bringing intensity and fun to the stage. Expect laughter, candid stories, and a few surprises as Priti dives into what drives her and invites the audience to share their own fitness journeys.
- 11:00 AM – 1:00 AM with Khalid Al Ameri Khalid Al Ameri, joined by Yasir Khan, takes the stage for an interactive fitness session focused on getting the crowd moving. Khalid will bring his trademark humor and insight to the Blue Sofa, sharing stories and inviting participants to discuss their aspirations.Â
