Playa Dubai Launches Limited-Time Discovery Menu
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, July 2023: Playa Dubai, the charming beachside restaurant, has introduced a weekly culinary journey at the venue. Located at The Club on the iconic Palm Jumeirah, Playa welcomes guests for a month of gastronomic brilliance, highlighting new signature dishes from its extensive menu every week. Priced at AED300 per person, the weekly menus are sure to satisfy food lovers and connoisseurs alike.
From the arid coastlines to the mountainous peaks of the Andes to the lush Amazon rainforest and beyond, Peru’s dynamic landscape mirrors its charismatic cuisine. At Playa, the menu is a testament to this richness, featuring an array of flavourful dishes bursting with vibrant colours. Guided by Peruvian native Chef Carlo Garcia, Playa promises a truly authentic Peruvian experience.
Kicking off the culinary exploration is the iconic Nikkei classic, Tiradito. Available from the 10th of July, this dish seamlessly combines the freshness of seafood and a touch of spice into an explosion of taste and texture. From July 17th, food connoisseurs can indulge in a selection of Arrozerecipes, combining three key ingredients with a unique twist. Playa has taken the universally recognised rice dishes to new heights by introducing daring flavour profiles–a must-try for even the most discerning diners.
As the month progresses, Playa will be rounding up the wonderful culinary voyage with various Nikkei dishes. These delightful creations fuse the best elements of Japanese and Peruvian cuisines into a harmonious blend. Diners can choose from an exquisite selection of Makis, Nigiris, Gunkans and more, perfectly balancing tradition and innovation.
