Youssef’s journey in the hospitality and security industry has been nothing short of remarkable. He began his career at the Renaissance Alexandria Hotel in Egypt, as a Security Officer/Shift Leader. Eventually, he became Head of Loss Prevention at the Marriott Taba Heights Beach Resort in Sinai, Egypt, before moving to the UAE for the same role at the Courtyard by Marriott Green Community & Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai, setting the stage for his continued growth in the industry. With an impressive record of accomplishment, Youssef stepped into roles related to safety and security at various hotels such as Radisson Dubai DAMAC Hills, Crowne Plaza Dubai Deira Hotel, Gloria Hotel, and Holiday Inn Abu Dhabi. His dedication to maintaining the highest safety and security standards has made him an invaluable asset to the organization. His experience, coupled with his commitment to excellence, positions him perfectly to lead security operations at Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City.
