NWTN becomes the official mobility partner of MBRSC

Dubai-based space entity to use Rabdan One electric vehicles

NWTN, a Dubai-based green energy company, has been contracted to supply its Rabdan One electric vehicles to the Dubai-based Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC).

An announcement confirming NWTN as the official mobility partner of MBRSC was made on February 19, 2024, when Salem Humaid Al Marri, Director-General of MBRSC  and Paul Lin, President of NWTN, signed the collaboration agreement.

MBRSC will deploy Rabdan One vehicles for all its official activities in the UAE. Rabdan One is NWTN’s premium mobility brand.

The decision of MBRSC to join forces with NWTN signifies a convergence of vision and values between the two entities, both driven by a shared pursuit of innovation and excellence.

By choosing NWTN as its official mobility partner, MBRSC follows in the footsteps of SpaceX, owned by Elon Musk.

This American space company, also owned by Musk, exclusively deploys Tesla electric vehicles for all its space missions, including transporting NASA and other global space agencies’ astronauts and cosmonauts to SpaceX launch vehicles for ultimate launch to the orbiting International Space Station.

For NWTN, the collaboration also marks a significant milestone, opening up new avenues for technological advancements and sustainability initiatives in the UAE and globally.

NWTN is the first UAE-based electric vehicle company listed on the Nasdaq stock exchange and has received substantial financial and policy support from the UAE government.
