Empowering women is more than a quest for gender equality; it’s about unleashing everyone’s potential in our society. I take immense pride in the fact that over 60% of our Emirati colleagues are female. In my role as Chairperson of the Al-Futtaim Group Emiratisation Council, I advocate for diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities as cornerstones of women’s empowerment. Drawing from my own journey as a working mother, I recognize the unique challenges and immense value working mothers bring to the workforce. Their contributions deserve our unwavering support and recognition.
