Situated in the prestigious Dubai Opera Plaza, the fine dining venue promises an unforgettable dining experience that marries the refined elegance of French cuisine with the warm hospitality of Middle Eastern traditions.
Boasting chic interiors designed by the award-winning interior architect Tristan Du Plessis, Bisou embraces the atmosphere of a cozy French restaurant, lining the streets of Paris. Filled with natural elements and artistic artwork, Bisou’s elegant style is set to captivate guests, promising an environment where every moment is an invitation to immerse oneself in a world of culinary and aesthetic delight.
At the helm of Bisou’s culinary adventure are the renowned Brand Chef Vladimir Chistyakov and Chef Alexander Loshinin, who have masterfully curated a menu that showcases the harmonious fusion of French and Middle Eastern flavors. Signature dishes, such as exotic Dates with Tahina Yuzu and lavish Black Caviar, indulgent Foie Gras Terrine paired with sweet apricots, and the richly satisfying Lamb Shoulder accompanied by root vegetables, are designed to transport diners to a realm of unparalleled gastronomic delight. Each creation, from the sumptuous Bouillabaisse adorned with rouille and garlic croutons to the delicious Duck Breast with chestnut cream, promise to delight food connoisseurs and casual diners alike.

Additionally, the bar offers an unmatched variety of mouth-watering mocktails and home-made sparkling lemonades.

In celebration of Ramadan, Bisou is proud to introduce a special set menu designed to embrace this beautiful month. Featuring starters like Eggplant Hummus with Mint Adjika and Muhammara with Artichoke, main courses including Rigatoni with Duck Confit and Char-grilled Chicken, and a selection of desserts including Bisou Honey Cake, the menu reflects a perfect blend of tradition and taste. Available at AED295 for a four-course menu and AED275 for a three-course selection.
