For burger lovers committed to living a plant-based lifestyle, artisanal eatery Planet Terra in The Greens and Ibis World Trade Centre Hotel has launched an all-new range of 100% vegan and organic vurgers for dine-in and delivery.
Made from scratch in-house, the new drool-worthy vurgers are created entirely with animal-free ingredients that are sourced fresh from ethical and sustainable suppliers, and contain no artificial sweeteners, no refined sugars and no GMOs.
Offering comforting and delicious flavours in every bite, options from the new vurger menu include the ‘Oyster Supreme’, comprising a crunchy oyster mushroom vurger topped with miso mayo and mustard, in-house pickles, and rocket in a homemade potato bun. An equally satisfying option, the ‘Oh-So Chic Filet’ presents a crispy vegan filet made with organic soy mylk and sweet melon seeds, topped with an onion ring and lettuce, in-house vegan cheddar cheese, plus wasabi mayo and dynamite sauce all in a potato bun.
‘The Beacon’ serves up a homemade seitan patty with crispy vegan bacon, pickled cucumber, and tomato, topped with mustard and a special beacon sauce, ensuring an indulgence in every bite. A firm fan favourite from the restaurant’s previous menu, ‘The Hottie’ combines a mushroom and buckwheat patty with homemade vegan mozzarella, tomato and lettuce, and finished with Dijon mustard-mayo.
Each vurger is served with a choice of garden salad or sweet potato fries, and there are gluten free options available for the Oyster Supreme, Oh-So Chic Filet, and The Hottie.
In addition to vurgers, Planet Terra’s menu offers an abundance of options to see diners through breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between – think vegan desserts, organic coffee, homemade soups, smoothies, mylkshakes and cold-pressed juices.
The new vurger menu is now serving Planet Terra’s branches in The Greens and Ibis World Trade Centre Hotel.
