BEAT THE SUMMER SUN WITH ALBA’S NEWLY LAUNCHED AT-HOME DINING SERVICE
Operated under the esteemed umbrella of Metafoodies Group, Alba, Downtown’s latest premium dining destination, is redefining home dining with the launch of its delivery service, just in time for summer. In collaboration with Deliveroo, Alba now offers a seamless way for guests to enjoy their exquisite Pan-Asian cuisine from the comfort of their own homes.
Staying true to the sophisticated fusion of Pan-Asian cuisine synonymous with its physical venue, the delivery service will showcase a selection of signature dishes from Alba’s menu, expertly created by its talented culinary team.
Guided by the expertise of Brand Chef Vladimir Chistyakov and Chef Minho Ted Shin, Alba’s delivery offerings feature flavoursome creations such as Scallops Crudo, Beef Yuk-Hwe, and luxurious blends of Uni, Truffle, and Caviar. Notable highlights include Wagyu Tenderloin adorned with Truffle and paired with Katsu Sauce and Japanese Mustards, as well as the savoury Wagyu Sando with pickles.
Alba is now on Deliveroo, offering delivery service from noon to 10:30 pm. Committed to sustainability, all dishes will be served in eco-friendly, biodegradable take-out containers, aligning with Alba’s dedication to both culinary excellence and environmental responsibility.
