In honour of this cherished tradition, MOLI by SHI has designed an exclusive set menu priced at AED 200 per person, that beautifully captures the spirit of the Mid-Autumn Festival. This special family-style dinner begins with a selection of appetizers, including crispy Duck Spring Rolls and a Traditional Spicy Tofu Skin Salad with Prawns, followed by a variety of dim sum, such as savoury Chicken Xiao Long Bao, delicate Prawn Har Gau, and Duck Chang Fen.
Guests can then choose from an array of main courses, each designed to offer a taste of China’s rich culinary heritage. Options include tender Baby Octopus with Dry Pot Sauce, Red Snapper with Gan Shou Yu Sauce, spicy Kungpao Cornfed Chicken, and flavourful Lamb Rack, all served with Vegetable Fried Rice and Home Style Tofu with Sichuan Sauce. The dining experience concludes with the luscious Moon Pearl.
