e& UAE signs up for AI-powered digital transformation
Partners with ServiceNow and Quintica
e& UAE, the telecommunications arm of e&, has entered a multi-year technology transformation initiative in collaboration with ServiceNow and Quintica.
The newly signed strategic partnership, endorsed by all the entities during GITEX Global 2024 in Dubai, aims to harness advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and automation to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience across e& UAE’s services.
The partnership signifies e& UAE’s commitment to modernising its technology infrastructure. The telecom provider seeks to transform customer-centric offerings and streamline user experiences by integrating cutting-edge AI automation and predictive analytics. This initiative aims to leverage e&’s existing application stack and aspires to create additional value within its extensive portfolio.
Quintica, a leading technology consulting firm and an Elite ServiceNow partner in the Middle East and Africa, will play a crucial role in this transformation. Utilising the ServiceNow Platform and its industry-specific workflows designed for Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) sectors, Quintica will guide e& UAE through its modernisation journey.
Boosting efficiency
In particular, Quintica will assist e& UAE in implementing a modern, integrated technology framework powered by AI. This modernisation is expected to enhance both efficiency and scalability within the organisation.
Integrating ServiceNow’s AI capabilities and real-time monitoring functions will enable e& to proactively identify and address potential service disruptions before they affect customers. This approach improves service reliability and responsiveness, fostering a seamless and satisfactory user experience.
By leveraging the advanced capabilities of the ServiceNow Platform, e& UAE is positioning itself to adapt quickly to market changes and evolving customer needs. This agility is crucial in navigating the fast-paced digital landscape.
Khalid Murshed, Chief Technology and Information Officer at e& UAE stated: “Creating a rewarding and seamless user experience across all customer engagements is at the core of what e& aims to achieve.
“Leveraging the power of the ServiceNow Platform and Quintica’s expertise will accelerate our modernisation journey, allowing us to harness AI and automation to deliver richer experiences for our customers.”
Fabio Spoletini, GVP for Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa at ServiceNow, added: “As customer expectations evolve, businesses require intelligent, efficient, and intuitive solutions to meet those needs.”
Saki Missaikos, CEO of Quintica, stressed that telecom companies are keen to reinvent their operations using next-generation AI technologies. “We are proud to partner with e& UAE on this transformative journey, empowering them to achieve their strategic goals in an increasingly personalised world,” he said.
