Guests can kick off the experience with a choice of two appetizers including Wagyu Tartare, Wagyu Gyoza, Rib Finger Yakiniku or the refreshing Akabeko Salad. For soup lovers, the menu features a Mushroom Dashi Sukiyaki, a hearty and comforting soup made with fresh mushrooms and sliced Wagyu simmered in a delicate dashi broth, ideal for the holiday season.
