Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment and Wasl Group Sign MoU
As part of its efforts to enhance strategic collaboration and support sustainable development in the housing sector, the Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) and Wasl Group signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at developing innovative housing projects aligned with the Dubai 2040 Vision. The signing ceremony was held at Wasl Group headquarter, in the presence of His Excellency Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim, CEO of Wasl Group and His Excellency Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment.
The MoU seeks to explore opportunities for sustainable housing projects on lands provided by MBRHE, while fostering collaboration between the two parties through Wasl Group’s subsidiaries. The agreement aims to launch housing initiatives that meet citizens’ needs and enhance community stability. Additionally, it grants Wasl Group priority in future investment opportunities, reflecting the commitment of both parties to developing innovative solutions that contribute to sustainable urban development.
The MoU aims to advance housing policy development and innovation, thereby enhancing the quality of future housing services, this is achieved by inviting Wasl to participate in specialized events and exhibitions organized by MBRHE, and fostering knowledge and expertise exchange between the two entities.
In this context, His Excellency Hesham Abdullah Al Qassim, CEO of Wasl Group, expressed pride in signing the MoU, stating: “This agreement represents a significant milestone in the collaboration between the two organizations. We look forward to developing projects that address citizens’ needs and support Dubai’s future vision.”
His Excellency Omar Hamad Bu Shehab, CEO of Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, emphasized that signing this MoU underscores the organization’s commitment to strengthening strategic partnerships that support Dubai’s aspirations. He added, “Through this collaboration, we aim to improve citizens’ quality of life with advanced housing projects that promote sustainability and innovation.”
Joint working teams will be established to develop detailed action plans to ensure the effective implementation of future projects, while enhancing coordination and idea-sharing to achieve the strategic goals of both parties.
