Akabeko, Dubai’s first table-top Yakiniku Japanese restaurant, has introduced a curated seasonal menu with the arrival of the new year. Available till March 2025, the new menu brings an array of warm and comforting dishes.
With a focus on comfort and tradition, Akabeko’s seasonal menu is perfect for those craving a familiar taste. Guests can explore rich and hearty flavors with six thoughtfully crafted dishes, namely, the Yuzu Ramen, the Spicy Wagyu Ramen, the Wagyu Shio Ramen, the Mushroom Dashi Sukiyaki, the Sesame Yamitsuki Cabbage and the Matcha Swiss Roll for dessert.
The Yuzu Ramen is a refreshing take, featuring cold ramen infused with light and citrusy notes, the perfect palate cleanser after a hearty Wagyu feast. For spice enthusiasts, the Spicy Wagyu Ramen delivers a bold punch, featuring dry ramen tossed in a fiery sauce, topped with tender Japanese A5 Wagyu slices and a perfectly soft-boiled ramen egg.
The Wagyu Shio Ramen brings a hearty shio broth with thinly sliced Japanese A5 Wagyu and a soft-boiled ramen egg. Enhancing the experience further is a decadent slice of Japanese A5 Wagyu Ribeye at an additional price.
Fresh mushrooms simmered in a refined dashi broth, the Mushroom Dashi Sukiyaki offers a comforting embrace in a bowl. For a dish with a delightful crunch and burst of flavours. the Sesame Yamitsuki Cabbage pairs crispy cabbage with a signature sesame sauce.
End the meal with the Matcha Swiss Roll, a matcha sponge cake rolled with fresh strawberries and a light and refreshing cream, providing a perfect balance of sweetness and earthiness.
