A TASTE OF TRADITION: CELEBRATE CHINESE NEW YEAR AT MOLI
MOLI , the stunning Chinese dining destination in Dubai Hills Business Park, is inviting guests to welcome the Year of the Snake with a week-long celebration. From the 27th of January to the 2nd of February, MOLI will offer a selection of eight authentic Chinese New Year dishes inspired by Cantonese cuisine as part of Chef Yuanhui Li’s special menu. Highlights will include, the refreshingly zesty Mix Seafood Salad, the aromatic Furong Chicken, and the perfectly seasonedJue Jue Red Snapper – each dish created to honour the traditions of Chinese New Year.
On 28th and 29th January, MOLI takes the celebrations to the next level with a special five-course set menu. Priced at AED 299, the menu includes standout dishes like the crispy and flavourfulWok Turnip Cake, the succulent Traditional Squirrel Seabass, and the spicy-sweetKung Pao Chicken, alongside a signature beverage tailored to each guest’s Chinese Zodiac alongside soft beverages. Guests can also enhance their experience with a two-hour house-pouring beverage package for an additional AED 100.
Adding to the festive spirit, MOLI will be adorned with minimalist décor with Chinese lanterns and live entertainment to bring the traditions of the season to life. The celebrations will kick off on the 28th of January with the soothing melodies of a Guzheng player setting a relaxed and welcoming tone. On the 29th, the excitement picks up with the vibrant energy of a Lion Dance, wrapping up beautifully on the 30th with the graceful charm of a Hand Fan performance – a fitting end to a wonderful series of entertainment.
As part of the celebrations, guests will receive red envelopes to pen down their wishes, which can be hung on bonsai trees at the entrance – a symbolic act to usher in luck, happiness, and success for the year ahead.
