The experience begins at 7:00 PM with a Jim Beam Highball and bite-sized creations, offering a warm prelude to an immersive bourbon journey. Alex, Jim Beam’s Brand Ambassador, and Isuru, Aether’s resident cocktail expert will guide guests through an engaging session that delves into the world of bourbon. The masterclass will feature an Introduction to Bourbon and Prohibition, expert tasting techniques, and a curated bourbon tasting lineup, including Jim Beam White, Black, Double Oak, and The Devil’s Cut, culminating in a live demonstration of the Jim Beam Perfect Serve by Isuru.
Following the masterclass, guests can continue their bourbon experience by indulging in Aether’s exclusive Jim Beam cocktail menu, featuring four expertly crafted cocktails priced at AED 68 each.
