Lamborghini Accademia Neve celebrates 10 years
Of thrills and performance in Livigno
A special edition of Lamborghini Accademia Neve has recently concluded, marking a milestone in the luxury sports car brand’s history: 10 years of exceptional driving experiences and unforgettable moments in the stunning Italian Alps.
Held in the picturesque town of Livigno, this event attracted international guests from around the globe, all eager to challenge themselves on frozen tracks and test the limits of their driving skills behind the wheel of three of Lamborghini’s most iconic models: the new Urus SE Super SUV, the Revuelto V12 super sports car, and the all-terrain Huracán Sterrato.
Nestled in a snow-covered landscape with sub-zero temperatures, the event offered participants a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to engage with Lamborghini’s high-performance machines on ice. The specially designed frozen track was a challenging testbed where both cars and drivers pushed their limits, navigating a series of technical exercises and advanced manoeuvres.
Under the guidance of instructors from Lamborghini Squadra Corse, the participants could experience the full spectrum of their vehicles’ power, traction, and agility on the slippery, low-grip surfaces.
To enhance the experience, Lamborghini’s official technical partner, Bridgestone, supplied the event with premium Blizzak LM005 tyres, engineered explicitly for snow and ice. These tyres maximised the performance of the Lamborghini cars, enabling drivers to explore their vehicles’ dynamic potential in optimal conditions.
The performance was complemented by the atmosphere, as the snow-capped mountains and sub-zero temperatures provided the perfect backdrop for a thrilling test of driving skills.
Beyond the adrenaline-pumping sessions on the ice, the event also offered moments of luxury and relaxation. The renowned Italian brand Macron, known for its high-performance sports apparel, outfitted instructors and guests in custom-made jackets. Additional exclusive pieces were given as keepsakes, ensuring participants had lasting memories of this spectacular occasion.
Guests were treated to exclusive hospitality, with stays in premium accommodations, exceptional cuisine, and access to the Lamborghini VIP lounge. Overlooking the track, the lounge provided a place to rest between driving sessions while taking in the stunning views of the surrounding snow-covered landscape.
The sensory experience was further elevated by the addition of Sonus Faber, a luxury audio brand that installed two Omnia systems to provide an immersive sound experience. Guests also had the unique opportunity to experience Sonus Faber’s cutting-edge acoustic technology aboard the Lamborghini Temerario, with personalised sessions designed to showcase the vehicle’s advanced sound capabilities.
Every evening, the event culminated in exquisite dinners in atmospheric settings, including a cosy mountain chalet where participants could unwind and reflect on their unforgettable experiences.
As Lamborghini Accademia Neve celebrates a decade of excellence in Livigno, it has become the go-to event for driving enthusiasts. The event offers unrivalled opportunities to experience the full range of Lamborghini performances in one of the world’s most picturesque settings. But the Accademia programme doesn’t end with the winter season. Lamborghini enthusiasts can continue their thrilling journey in the summer with two highly anticipated events: the Mach I and Mach II races.
