The Abu Dhabi EDITION’s iconic Library Bar adds another exciting chapter to its world-class takeover series with the arrival of Moonshine Dubai, the UAE’s underground cocktail gem, on April 11th for one night only. Known for pioneering fermentation-based mixology and redefining the region’s cocktail culture, Moonshine has built a cult following among drink connoisseurs and industry insiders alike.
Following standout collaborations with Sips Barcelona, Gold Bar Tokyo, and the legendary Shingo Gokan, the Library Bar now invites guests to experience a bold new lineup of signature drinks, curated by Denis Pashkov, co-founder of Moonshine and one of the region’s most respected voices in modern mixology.
Especially for this exclusive takeover, Moonshine Dubai will unveil a series of one-night-only signature cocktails. Highlights include the Yellow Wagon, a refreshing and tangy blend of vodka, mango and tonka bean kvass, finished with a creamy amazake foam; the Pistachio Colada, a tropical twist on the classic with pistachio ryazhenka soda and a piña colada amazake foam; the Nordic G&T, which combines gin with sea buckthorn, banana kvass and London Essence tonic for a citrusy, earthy twist; and the non-alcoholic Hubba Highball, a playful highball featuring bubble gum water kefir and soda.
Library Bar will also present its signature Geisha, bright and elegant, served with tequila reposado, green melon, grapefruit, gyokuro tea, yuzu and soda — a local favorite that perfectly complements the Moonshine lineup.
