Spanish dining hot spot, Lúnico at J1 Beach will participate in the 2025 edition of Dubai Restaurant Week, inviting diners to enjoy fine Spanish fare at an attractive price point.
From May 9 – 25, guests can indulge with a three-course menu including a choice of starter, main and dessert, plus a bottle of water for AED 250 per person.
Curated by Peruvian Head Chef John Evans and his brigade, Lúnico’s menu comprises a selection of dishes that each reflect a fusion of vibrant flavours and are each dish designed to tell a tale.
Diners’ appetites will be tempted with a variety of options, including starter dishes of ‘tomates Andaluz’ – heirloom tomatoes mixed with sun-dried tomatoes, Manchego cheese and pickled guindilla, in addition to ‘pintxo jamon’ – black sourdough topped with cured Spanish ham, matured cheese, pickled guindilla and green olives, and lastly Spain’s famed ‘gambas al ajillo’ – garlic prawns in smoked paprika.
For main course, diners can expect to choose from options including Romesco pasta with Manchego cheese and almonds, as well as Galician octopus with potato puree and charred asparagus, or ‘albondigas a la Espanola’ – veal meatballs with black olives in a tomato-paprika sauce with a cheese foam.
Showstopping desserts await to close the meal on a sweet note, including San Sebastian cheesecake with chocolate sauce and mixed berries, Crema Catalana, or homemade lemon sorbet with crumble, meringue, and golden berries.
Setting a picturesque scene with both indoor and outdoor seating, Lúnico boasts a terrace abundant with greenery overlooking the sea – perfect for intimate and relaxed socializing and dining.
