B-Lounge Doha, the coveted culinary destination at The Ritz-Carlton, Doha, proudly introduces a new summer set menu – B-Lunch – an elevated gastronomic lunchtime experience crafted to celebrate the vibrant flavors of Pan Asian cuisine. Introducing fresh recipes to the restaurant’s celebrated repertoire, the three-course menu is available until 30 September and is set to be a seasonal favorite at Doha’s fusion dining scene.
Curated by Chef Ramesh Barla and his talented team, the B-Lunch menu is priced at QAR 165 per person. Featuring a choice of starters, mains and desserts, each beautifully presented dish delivers a multi-sensory moment that reflects B-Lounge’s signature flair for innovation and refinement.
On 1 July 2025, in honor of the launch, B-Lounge Doha welcomed esteemed members of the media and select local influencers to a glamorous event designed to spark conversation and interest. Recently crowned Qatar’s Favorite Pan Asian Restaurant at the FACT Dining Awards 2025, B-Lounge has every reason to celebrate, and continues to garner acclaim for its highly curated ambiance and culinary artistry.

B-Lunch is a voyage through three courses of enticing fusion fare. More than a crowd-pleasing taste sensation, each course has been skillfully developed to showcase ingredients in their full glory, where every choice harmoniously complements the next. Irresistible Tropical Maki Roll, followed by Crispy Sea Bream or Kuro Shoyu Short Ribs leads to an indulgent dessert, like the Tropical Twilight Éclair or Finesse Tres Leches.
