LOONA presents its new set menu, LOONA RUSSA, offering a fresh perspective on its signature Italian-inspired cuisine, this time crafted with the finest Russian ingredients. Created by chefs Artem Losev and Vitaly Istomin, the menu reflects the philosophy of a venue known for its wood-fired pizza ovens and elegant ambiance. It blends bold culinary techniques with carefully selected local products, resulting in a thoughtfully composed gastronomic experience.
The menu opens with refined pairings and sophisticated textures: Eastern scallops, black caviar, Wagyu fried dumplings, and crab with earthy morels. It continues with richer mains, including the signature caviar pizza with chorizo and buffalo mozzarella, and tender beef ribs with silky shallot purée.
The dessert course brings contrast and finesse: gently spiced “Chu” chocolate with chili, sesame candies sweetened with chestnut honey, soft honey cakes, and a refreshing pomegranate sorbet.
LOONA’s new set is available daily from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm, capturing the spirit of modern Italian cuisine with precision, style, and a touch of luxury, ideal for a cozy dinner or a refined night out.
