Wellness in every sip: Krave launches new matcha beverages

The UAE’s go-to destination for clean, nutrient-rich meals just got greener. This summer, Krave has unveiled its all-new range of matcha-based beverages that are now serving across selected Krave locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Spotlighting matcha, the trending superfood known for its wide-ranging health benefits, the new offerings include an Iced Matcha Latte, designed to deliver a cooling sip on warm summer days, and a Hot Matcha Latte, ideal for those seeking a cozy, calming boost. Both beverages are handcrafted using premium-grade Japanese matcha, organic agave syrup, and fresh low-fat milk. For guests who prefer dairy-free alternatives, almond milk and coconut milk are also available.

With its natural combination of caffeine and L-theanin, Krave’s new matcha range may appeal to those seeking a calm, sustained energy boost without any of the typical jitters associated with having a coffee-based latte. Matcha is also linked to enhanced metabolism and cognitive function, as well as being rich in antioxidants like EGCG, which helps with inflammation and supports heart health – making it a powerful addition to Krave’s already nutrient-dense menu.

The new matcha beverages are now being served at Krave locations in DIFC, Dubai Mall, Dubai Chamber, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Al Qana in Abu Dhabi. They are also available for delivery in selected areas via Deliveroo, Careem, and Talabat.

Founded in 2016, Krave began as a single neighborhood restaurant and café in Dubai, driven by the mission to make healthy food delicious and accessible. Today, it’s a much-loved destination with multiple branches and a loyal customer base. Krave has collaborated with globally recognized brands such as Barry’s, Porsche, and Supreme Nutrition, and has earned numerous accolades including “Best Healthy Restaurant” titles on platforms like Uber Eats and Deliveroo.

Krave’s all-day menu is loved for its creative take on nutritious cuisine, featuring everything from banana cinnamon oatmeal to huevos rancheros served on whole-wheat tortilla bread with pinto beans, salsa, light sour cream, sunny-side-up omega-3 eggs, and guacamole, as well as chicken shawarmas, lean beef tenderloin and comfort classics with a healthy twist like Thai green curry, chicken tikka masala, spicy shrimp wholewheat fusilli. Desserts include guilt-free indulgences like skinny strawberry cheesecake and antioxidant-rich açaí bowls, while the beverage menu features smoothies, fresh to-order juices, and functional wellness shots.

With the introduction of its matcha beverage line, Krave continues to elevate the clean-eating experience with offerings that are both health-conscious and full of flavour.
