Astéria Bahrain welcomes the season with the launch of a vibrant Summer Menu, inspired by the bold, sun-drenched flavours of the Mediterranean. Light, flavourful, and elegantly composed, the menu features eight dishes that honour timeless Greek flavours while celebrating the warmth of the season.
The menu opens with two standout starters: Lamb Tonnato, a playful take on a northern Italian classic elevated with a Mediterranean touch, and Grilled Octopus, perfectly charred and tender, served with fresh and zesty ingredients.
A refreshing Greek Salad follows, colourful, crisp, and full of flavour, with each ingredient shining on its own while bringing the dish together in a balanced harmony.
For mains, guests can enjoy the richness of Moussaka, layers of aubergine and spiced beef with creamy béchamel; the robust flavours of Beef Giouvetsi, a hearty, slow-cooked dish made with orzo and the refined indulgence of the Prime Fillet, grilled to perfection with seasonal garnishes.
Dessert brings a final touch. The Chocolate Karidopita offers deep notes of spice and walnut, while the Greek Coffee Profiterole surprises with its playful, aromatic filling, a nod to Greece’s rich coffee culture in pastry form.
