The Pink City Blush (AED 75) is a silky mix of pink gin, strawberries, and cream — soft, smooth, and made for summer. The Rising Sun Martini (AED 65) bridges Japan and India with shiso, nashi pear, cardamom, and white wine in a perfectly balanced pour. For a refreshing lift, the Monte Carlo Refresher (AED 65) blends reposado tequila, rosé wine, grapefruit, and watermelon Red Bull — a cocktail crafted for endless summer afternoons.
