Business Lunch
Weekdays at L’Atelier Robuchon are made more indulgent with a Business Lunch designed for both efficiency and elegance. Served Monday to Friday from 12PM to 2.30PM, the menu offers a refined midday escape that blends the best of the season with French culinary precision. Guests can enjoy a changing selection of starters, mains, and desserts, featuring highlights such as wild shrimps in crunchy vermicelli, grilled salmon with creamy sorrel sauce, veal blanquette, and the signature chocolate sensation with cacao sorbet.
The experience begins at AED 129 for two courses, with options to elevate to three courses or enjoy an additional starter. A curated wine list, including house reds and whites as well as Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut, is available to complement the meal. Filet & Rosé is a simple yet striking pairing that brings together two classics: a perfectly cooked filet and a chilled glass of rosé. Designed for easy evenings with just the right amount of charm, it’s a midweek moment worth lingering over, available daily from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM in the Bar Area, starting Monday, July 21, at AED 189.
Weekend Brunch
Every Saturday and Sunday, Atelier Robuchon elevates the weekend with Weekend à L’Atelier. This Parisian-style brunch offers guests the chance to enjoy a variety of signature French dishes, seasonal flavours, and refined beverages in a relaxed and social setting. With a DJ set enhancing the experience, it’s the perfect way to spend the weekend with friends, family, or loved ones. Brunch is served from 1 PM to 4 PM, with last orders at 3:45 PM. The brunch is priced at AED 349 for the soft beverage package, AED 499 for the house beverages, and AED 699 for the champagne experience. Children under 7 enjoy access to a special selection of dishes.
L’Apéritif
L’Atelier Robuchon invites guests to embrace the French tradition of pre-dinner drinks with L’Apéritif, a sophisticated yet relaxed experience to begin the evening. Available monthly on July 23, August 14, and September 24 from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, this elegant gathering features a curated selection of special cocktails, a DJ set, and an assortment of refined canapés including Les Calamars, Les Crevettes, Le Tartare de Saumon, Les Maritozzo, Les Gougères, Les Tacos, and Les Croques Monsieur. The mood is chic yet easy-going—an elevated prelude to the night ahead.
