Trader Vic’s, the legendary Polynesian-inspired restaurant and bar, continues to serve as one of Dubai’s most dynamic nightlife and dining venues. With its iconic tiki cocktails, lively entertainment and wood-fired oven specialties, the restaurant has now unveiled a brand-new menu that reimagines global flavours with a Trader Vic’s twist. Guests can look forward to enjoying dishes such as Trader Vic’s style Sushi, Wood-fired Oven Meat and Cheese Ball, alongside the venue’s world-famous Mai Tai and island-style vibes.
Villa Verona also enters a new era, debuting its refreshed identity after formerly operating as VERO Italian. Inspired by the romance and charm of Italy’s culinary heritage, Villa Verona offers a stylish dining experience with menus rooted in Italian flavours. Guests can indulge in a thoughtfully curated selection of dishes including Ravioli Tartufo, Bresaola selections and Fiorentina Di Manzo, complemented by the restaurant’s inviting interiors and scenic sea views.
Adding to the transformation, the lobby at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah now welcomes Taliah’s Café, replacing Axis with a contemporary café concept that blends story, tradition and modern hospitality. The name Taliah, derived from English and Arabic influences, translates to “dew from heaven,” evoking freshness, purity and divine blessing. Inspired by the tale of a woman in old Dubai whose courtyard café was famed for its pastries and warmth, Taliah’s Café pays homage to her spirit of community, where strangers became friends over coffee and conversation. Today, guests can relive that story in a chic and welcoming space serving Costa Coffee alongside a variety of pastries, light bites and sweet treats, making it the perfect place for relaxed connections or moments of quiet indulgence.
