OAnjo’s relaunch celebrates Nikkei cuisine’s century-old culinary journey, and it’s told through dishes designed to surprise and delight. On the new menu, highlights include OAnjo’s Signature Maki rolls – from truffle-glazed Wagyu decadence to salmon with mango and jalapeño – alongside bold raw plates such as Hamachi Tiradito in Amarillo tiger’s milk, and mains like 48-Hour Short Ribs with smoked potato and Japanese pickles. Desserts stay playful, with Banana & Miso Caramel or a deconstructed Matcha-Lemon Pie.
“This relaunch gave us the opportunity to redefine who we are as a restaurant,” says Chef Siddartha Estevez. “Nikkei cuisine has a rich heritage, and we wanted OAnjo to be its home in Dubai – a place where guests can experience that history in a contemporary, elevated way. Add in our opulent interiors and skyline views, and we think it’s the most exciting version of OAnjo yet.”
