Emirates will begin deploying its new Airbus A350 on daily flights to Hangzhou, China, starting 26 October 2025. The move comes just three months after launching services to the city, reinforcing the airline’s commitment to expanding connectivity with the Chinese mainland.
The A350 will serve flight EK310, departing Dubai at 04:15 and arriving in Hangzhou at 16:00. The return service, EK311, will leave Hangzhou at 00:10 and land in Dubai at 06:10.
Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, said: “Over the past year, we have invested significantly in our Chinese operations through new destinations and upgraded onboard products. Bringing the A350 to Hangzhou is the natural next step, ensuring passengers experience the latest Emirates has to offer.”
First New Aircraft Model Since 2008
The Airbus A350 is the first new aircraft type to join Emirates’ fleet since 2008, complementing its Boeing 777s and A380s that already serve China. The aircraft features modern interiors, wider aisles, and advanced inflight entertainment designed to enhance passenger comfort.
Premium Economy Debuts in Hangzhou
For the first time, Emirates will offer Premium Economy on its Hangzhou route. This class bridges the gap between Economy and Business, with spacious leather reclining seats, leg and footrests, adjustable headrests, 13.3-inch entertainment screens, and exclusive amenities including Chandon Vintage Brut 2017 sparkling wine.
Aircraft Configuration
The A350 is configured in three classes with 312 seats: 32 Business Class, 21 Premium Economy, and 259 Economy seats.
With this deployment, Emirates strengthens its presence in China and offers travellers an elevated journey between Dubai and Hangzhou.
