Open to both kids and adults, the program will officially kick off with an electrifying one-hour Trampoline Class on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025, at 6:00 PM, designed to get hearts racing and spirits soaring.
This high-energy program is more than just a class, it’s a chance to master the art of movement on a trampoline. Loco Freestyle Academy introduces participants to a wide range of tricks and skills, from flips, tucks, and twists to rolls and drops, all in a safe, structured environment. While the focus is on learning technique and building confidence on the trampoline, the program also delivers incredible fitness benefits, improving mobility, balance, coordination, and overall strength, all while keeping the experience fun and dynamic.
Led by professional trainers, each session is carefully structured to balance cardio, strength, and core training with the thrill of trampoline tricks and techniques. From mastering your first controlled jumps to learning twists, turns, and drops, participants are constantly challenged in ways that are as exciting as they are effective. The result? A high-intensity, low-impact workout that keeps you smiling, sweating, and coming back for more.

- Level: Beginner (2 levels available to start)
- Session Duration: 60 minutes
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Friday
- Bonus: Every registered participant receives 1 hour of free access to the LocoBear trampoline park
