Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has announced its achievement of the International Best Practice Award 2025 in its eleventh edition, organized by BPIR.com, the Centre for Organisational Excellence Research (COER), and the Global Benchmarking Network (GBN) – leading international entities in evaluating and promoting best institutional practices worldwide.
The Establishment was honored in the Digital Transformation and Customer Experience category for its pioneering initiative, “The Smart Housing Experience,” which attained the highest global rating of 7 Stars – A Global Role Model Initiative, the top distinction granted to outstanding best practices worldwide.
The “Smart Housing Experience” initiative serves as a unified digital platform that provides proactive solutions, placing the customer at the center of attention through strategic partnerships with both government and private entities. The initiative aims to simplify procedures and enhance the efficiency of housing services, offering an integrated journey that covers all customer needs—from acquiring a home to maintenance and reconstruction services.
This achievement represents a comprehensive qualitative leap in customer experience, enabling individuals to complete all stages of their housing journey through unified digital channels, thereby elevating service quality and enhancing customer satisfaction and happiness. The initiative also aligns with the Establishment’s digital transformation strategy, which focuses on adopting cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence applications to accelerate processes and reduce the time required to access housing services. Furthermore, it is in full harmony with government directions, the requirements of Dubai Digital Authority’s “Digital City Experiences,” and the “360 Services” policy.
The international judging panel based its assessment on rigorous criteria, including clarity of practice, level of implementation, innovation, measurable results, supporting evidence, and sustainability plans. This year’s competition witnessed the participation of 110 initiatives from 14 countries, underscoring the global significance of MBRHE’s accomplishment.
This recognition further strengthens the Establishment’s position as a pioneer in innovation and digital transformation, supporting Dubai and the UAE’s vision of delivering government services that meet world-class standards.
