Global Village, one of Dubai’s most popular family attractions, is set to reopen its gates on Wednesday, October 15, marking the highly anticipated start of its 30th anniversary season. To celebrate this milestone, visitors can look forward to a spectacular lineup of performances, fireworks, and a unique free-entry initiative in partnership with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai).
Free Entry Offer for Visa Holders
As part of the celebrations, visitors arriving in Dubai between October 15 and October 18 will receive a special Global Village Season 30 visa stamp upon arrival at Dubai International Airport (DXB). This commemorative stamp grants one-time free entry to Global Village during the first ten days of its reopening season.
To redeem the offer, travellers must show the visa stamp placed next to their official Dubai entry stamp at the gate. The initiative aims to introduce millions of new arrivals to the multicultural charm of Global Village a destination that showcases diverse cultures, cuisines, and entertainment from around the world.
Ticket Prices Remain Unchanged
In a welcome move for visitors, Global Village has frozen ticket prices for another season.
- Weekday entry (Sunday–Thursday): AED 25
- Weekend and public holiday entry: AED 30
Tickets can be purchased online or directly at the venue’s gates.
Grand Reopening Celebration Plans
The Season 30 opening day promises a vibrant spectacle. The festivities will include:
- The Parade of the World, featuring Retumbar street drummers and representatives from all international pavilions.
- A drone and pyrotechnic show that will light up the night sky with a glowing “30” to mark the anniversary.
- Wing-suited skydivers performing breathtaking aerial stunts with trails of fire and light.
- Cultural performances, a laser show at Dragon Lake, and the first fireworks display of the season.
At 9 PM, 600 drones will soar above the park, unveiling welcome messages to officially kick off another unforgettable Global Village season.
