Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex is pleased to announce the appointment of Fadi Batmani as the new Complex Director of Human Resources. Fadi brings with him over 11 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry and a distinguished career within Rotana Hotels, where he has been an integral part of the organization since joining as a TAROT in 2014. (Management Trainee Program of Rotana).
Throughout his journey with Rotana, Fadi has held several key HR leadership positions across multiple properties. Most recently, he served as Cluster Human Resources Manager at Centro Capital, Sedra Arjaan, and Sedra Residences by Rotana in Doha, where he played a vital role in strengthening people development initiatives and driving a culture of excellence.
Known for his passion for people engagement, talent growth, and organizational culture, Fadi has been instrumental in fostering environments that empower teams and enhance operational performance. His leadership approach reflects Rotana’s LIFE values; Long-term, Innovative, Friendly, and Ethical, ensuring that people remain at the heart of every success story.
A Jordanian national, Fadi holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from The Hashemite University in Jordan. His wealth of experience and dedication to talent and culture excellence make him a valuable addition to the Al Jaddaf Rotana Complex leadership team.
