Ajman Police launches Smart Bail Service, slashing process time from 71 to just 16 minutes

In a major step toward digital transformation, Ajman Police has rolled out its new Smart Bail ServiceĀ  a fully online platform that streamlines the traditional bail process, reducing the time needed from over an hour to just 16 minutes.

The Smart Bail Service is part of Ajman Police’s broader commitment to next-generation government services. By cutting the number of steps from eight to four, the new system offers a faster, simpler, and more user-friendly experience for the public.

Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, Head of the Comprehensive City Police Centre at Ajman Police, said the platform was developed in response to public feedback to make the bail process more accessible and efficient.

ā€œThe Smart Bail Service reflects our commitment to innovation and service excellence. It saves time and effort for customers while advancing the Ajman Government’s vision for smart transformation,ā€ said Colonel Al Kaabi.

Since its launch, the service has already supported 4,659 users and saved more than 3,250 working hours. Customer satisfaction has surged from 85% before the upgrade to 97% in 2025, highlighting the positive impact of the digital overhaul.

Colonel Al Kaabi added that Ajman Police will continue to expand its smart service portfolio, reinforcing its shift toward proactive, technology-driven policing that enhances community well-being and aligns with the UAE’s national digital strategy.

ā€œSustainability, innovation, and customer happiness remain at the heart of our efforts,ā€ he said.

The Smart Bail Service underscores Ajman Police’s ongoing transformation into a data-driven, customer-centric forceĀ  one that prioritises efficiency, transparency, and accessibility across all public services.
