Dubai, UAE — January 2026 — The Dubai Land Department will host PropTech Connect Middle East 2026, the first regional edition of the globally recognised real estate technology event.

Scheduled for 4th to 5th February at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, the conference marks a strategic milestone in the emirate’s drive to become a global hub for innovation-driven real estate.

Hosting the event directly supports the ambitions of the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33, by placing digital transformation at the core of efforts to double the size of Dubai’s economy and enhance its global competitiveness.

It is also a key initiative under the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which seeks to empower technology, centralise data, improve market transparency, and double the sector’s added value over the next decade.

According to the Emirates News Agency, the DLD will leverage the event to connect the local market with cutting-edge global solutions in artificial intelligence, data analytics, and digital technologies.

This gathering is expected to attract over 3,000 participants and 1,500 companies from across the real estate ecosystem, including developers, operators, investors, and technology providers. Through interactive platforms, the event will facilitate thousands of targeted one-to-one meetings.

As the world’s fastest-growing real estate technology conference, PropTech Connect will assemble more than 200 international speakers. The agenda features over 60 panel discussions across sectors such as residential, commercial, and hospitality, alongside 50 global case studies and 25 workshops focused on AI, blockchain, and data analytics.

Dubai’s selection as the first global destination in PropTech Connect’s international expansion plan underscores the DLD’s pivotal role in leading technological transformation.

By attracting leading proptech firms and global investors, the event aims to forge robust partnerships, enhance service efficiency, and solidify Dubai’s position as a premier platform for shaping the future of real estate.
