Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has achieved a major institutional milestone by attaining Level 4 of Integrated Corporate Performance Maturity (Integrated Corporate Performance Maturity – Level 4), becoming the first entity in the United Arab Emirates to reach this advanced level. This recognition was granted following an assessment by the Global Performance Audit Unit (GPA Unit) and accredited by the KPI Institute.
This achievement reflects the Establishment’s strong commitment to applying global best practices in corporate performance management and measurement, through an integrated framework covering five key pillars: strategic planning, performance measurement, performance improvement, employee performance management, and performance culture. This integrated approach strengthens alignment between strategy, governance, and results measurement.
The Establishment affirmed that this recognition is the result of the collective efforts of its teams, the integration of roles across various departments, and the continuous commitment to developing its corporate performance system, in line with the Dubai Government’s directions in institutional excellence and innovation, and in support of achieving strategic plan objectives.
The Integrated Corporate Performance Maturity Assessment is considered one of the most prominent global models for evaluating institutional efficiency in managing strategic and operational performance, as it focuses on unifying planning systems, performance measurement, risk management, and continuous improvement.
