Milestone Systems has opened a new Experience Center in Dubai Media City, marking a significant expansion in the UAE as Artificial Intelligence (AI) becomes central to public safety operations across the UAE. The center comes at a time when the UAE is accelerating the use of AI across law enforcement and urban management.
Driven by the goal of becoming the world’s first AI-native government by 2027, this rapid expansion has shifted surveillance requirements where a simple video capture or integrated systems can connect analysis, detection and decision-making, all in real time. This Experience Center is built for that reality.
The facility also allows government and enterprise stakeholders to walk through these realistic public safety and city-monitoring scenarios, instead of viewing static demonstrations. This walk through aims to show how aspects like AI analytics, video management and more can function as one single framework.
The center of this Experience Center holds Milestone’s XProtect platform which demonstrates how video is turned into intelligence that enables the response teams to support faster decision-making based just on insights rather than raw footage.
The Experience Center also functions as a collaborative workspace where system integrators, public sector teams and technology partners can test different integrations, build proof-of-concept, and plan deployments to help shorten implementation timelines for a smart city or security projects.
The event saw representatives from various sectors including government, enterprise and technology. Representatives from Milestone System’s partners Dubai Holding, Jumeirah Group, Emaar, Miral Group, Abu Dhabi ports, and the Danish Consulate were also present at the launch.
This launch at Milestone Systems strengthens their regional footprint all while they reinforce their long-term commitment to the UAE. The launch is also aimed to help shape the next generation of AI-enabled public safety and positions Dubai as a hotspot for the same.
