UAE President Welcomes Arab Young Leaders Delegation at World Governments Summit 2026

UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan welcomed a delegation from the Arab Meeting for Young Leaders, held on the sidelines of the World Governments Summit 2026, during a meeting at Qasr Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi.

During the meeting, Sheikh Mohamed extended his best wishes to the delegates, voicing confidence that their discussions would lead to practical ideas and meaningful outcomes that strengthen the role of Arab youth and support their long-term aspirations. He reaffirmed that youth empowerment remains a national priority for the UAE, stressing the importance of equipping young people with future-ready skills, expanding opportunities, and ensuring their active participation across all sectors of national development.

Sheikh Mohamed noted that investing in youth goes beyond formal education, highlighting the need to nurture values and principles that contribute to building resilient, cohesive, and stable societies.

Members of the delegation expressed their appreciation for the UAE’s commitment to supporting young talent and creating pathways for their growth and leadership. They also praised the President’s vision of placing youth at the centre of national development plans and future strategies.
