Dubai’s open-fire culinary festival returns. On Saturday, April 11, 2026, CarniVibes: Curbside Alchemy Vol. 4 takes over Alserkal Avenue from 4 PM to 9 PM, bringing together some of the city’s most dynamic chefs for an evening of live cooking, bold flavours, and community-driven energy.
Created by CarniStore, Dubai’s homegrown modern butcher and smokehouse, CarniVibes has grown into one of the city’s most anticipated chef-led gatherings. The concept remains simple but powerful: premium proteins, open flames, street-style execution, and complete creative freedom.
For its fourth edition, the line-up features a diverse mix of culinary heavyweights:
- Chef Robin Hoefer of Kraken, Executive Chef known for his European fine dining background and ingredient-led approach, now leading the culinary direction at the Dubai concept will be creating dishes such as Wagyu Beef Maultasche in Sichuan-style oxtail broth and layered beef skewers with tzatziki and pickled cabbage
- Chef Naved Nasir of Khadak, recognised for his bold, flavour-forward cooking rooted in South Asian techniques and street food culture will be bringing dishes such as the Chicken Chakna Roll and Turkey Raan Burger with cranberry chutney and cheddar
- Chef Solemann Haddad of Moonrise, the Michelin-recognised chef behind one of Dubai’s most boundary-pushing restaurants will be showcasing the Loomi Burger with dry-aged Angus and grilled cheese bites with aged parmesan and black garlic
- Chef Omar Basiouny of Baoli, blending Mediterranean influences with contemporary technique will be featuring a 12-hour wagyu short rib and kimchi-glazed spit-roasted lamb
Each chef will bring a curated selection of elevated street-style dishes built around CarniStore’s premium cuts, combining signature favourites with festival specials available for one day only. Expect smoke, fire, music, and the kind of creative spontaneity that defines CarniVibes.
DJ Shef Codes along with Gaurav ‘GT’ Thakur will set the tone for the evening, curating a soundtrack inspired by the chefs and their cuisines, blending cookout vibes, mellow grooves, and an upbeat, feel-good energy.
Families are also part of the experience, with dedicated kids corner by Strawberry Fields, creating a playful and engaging space for younger guests to enjoy the day.
Beyond the food, CarniVibes reflects what makes Dubai’s dining scene unique — collaboration over competition, chefs stepping outside their kitchens, and a community that shows up for flavour.
