SEVA Springs Forward With New Seasonal Menu and Community Gatherings

This Spring, SEVA introduces a new seasonal menu alongside a curated program of community gatherings, designed to bring people together over food and shared experiences.
At its core, SEVA is a place where the fundamentals of being human are practiced daily: food that nourishes, movement that restores, and daily practices that help people reset. This season, that approach is expressed through a refreshed menu and a series of intimate events, including an authentic, hands-on experience.
Taste of Spring – New Seasonal Menu
Now available at SEVA Table, the spring menu features lighter, seasonal dishes designed to support clarity and balance. Highlights include:
  • Morning Ash – a warm and hearty start to the day with smoked carrot, sweet potato, greens and herbs
  • SEVA Falafel Wrap – a layered take on a classic combining falafel with beetroot for added depth and acidity Deep Tonic – a cooling blend of cucumber, citrus, mint, charcoal
  • Saffron Brew – espresso softened with the subtle sweetness of saffron for an aromatic finish
Simple food made well, a garden table, and the kind of nourishment that fits the season.
