Dubai South has unveiled a fresh package of incentives aimed at supporting companies operating within its Free Zone, as part of ongoing efforts to maintain economic momentum and strengthen business confidence.
The initiative, aligned with the broader strategy of the Dubai Free Zones Council, focuses on enhancing the competitiveness and resilience of Dubai’s free zone ecosystem. It introduces practical measures designed to ease operational pressures and ensure business continuity.
Under the new scheme, companies will benefit from support in setting up new entities, simplified licence renewal processes, and exemptions from late renewal penalties — steps expected to reduce administrative burdens and improve efficiency.
Nabil Al Kindi, Group CEO of Dubai South, said the move reflects the organisation’s ongoing commitment to enabling business growth and stability. He noted that the incentives build on earlier support initiatives, including measures introduced for SMEs at the Business Park.
He added that the latest steps are in line with the UAE’s wider economic vision and fall under the “Dubai South in Motion” strategy, which aims to sustain business activity and reinforce investor confidence.
Dubai South continues to position itself as a strategic hub for regional and international companies, offering integrated infrastructure and a business-friendly environment designed to support long-term expansion.
