Dubai Chambers has announced that the next edition of the Dubai Business Forum – China will be held in Shenzhen on October 14, 2026, under the theme “Momentum at Scale: Accelerating Shared Success.”

The event is set to bring together senior business leaders, investors, multinational companies, technology firms, and venture capitalists from both Dubai and China to strengthen strategic partnerships and explore new investment and trade opportunities.

The forum aims to build on the growing economic relationship between Dubai and China by creating practical pathways for cross-border cooperation in areas such as trade, innovation, logistics, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technologies. It will also showcase Dubai’s position as a global business hub for Chinese companies seeking expansion into regional and international markets.

Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah said Dubai and China continue to share strong economic ties driven by trade, investment, innovation, and sustainable growth.

He noted that hosting the forum in Shenzhen reflects Dubai Chambers’ commitment to strengthening collaboration between the business communities in both markets while opening new channels for economic cooperation.

Lootah added that the event will focus on high-growth sectors including the digital economy, advanced technologies, logistics, and smart manufacturing. He said the forum would support Chinese companies looking to scale globally while contributing to the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.

The agenda will feature panel discussions, investment-focused sessions, and targeted networking opportunities designed to help businesses convert strategic opportunities into practical outcomes.

Shenzhen was selected as the host city due to its global reputation in technology, innovation, and advanced manufacturing. Located within China’s Greater Bay Area, the city has become a major international centre for digital transformation, smart mobility, venture capital, and technology-driven industries.

The Dubai Business Forum – China forms part of Dubai Chambers’ wider efforts to strengthen international economic partnerships, attract foreign direct investment, and reinforce Dubai’s standing as a leading global hub for trade and innovation.

The upcoming event will mark the fifth international edition of the Dubai Business Forum and the second edition hosted in China. The previous forum held in Beijing in August 2024 attracted more than 800 business leaders.

The forum series has previously been hosted in London, Hamburg, and New York City as part of Dubai Chambers’ strategy to strengthen cross-border economic cooperation with key global markets.
