Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub has announced the launch of its new Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex, a major development aimed at supporting the growing demands of the aviation and aerospace sectors in Dubai.
The new facility, located within Dubai South, will cover 24,900 square metres and feature 33 purpose-built units designed for a broad range of aviation-related operations, including maintenance, logistics, and industrial activities.
According to MBRAH, the complex will provide modern and scalable spaces tailored to businesses seeking greater operational efficiency. The units will also offer flexible configurations, enabling companies to expand and combine spaces based on future operational requirements.
The project is strategically positioned within the integrated Dubai South ecosystem to support aviation and aerologistics operators and is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2027.
Tahnoon Saif said the launch reflects MBRAH’s ongoing commitment to strengthening the aviation and aerospace supply chain sectors.
He noted that the hub continues to invest in infrastructure that addresses both current market demand and future industry growth, allowing businesses to scale efficiently within a fully integrated aviation ecosystem.
Saif added that the initiative aligns with the UAE leadership’s vision of reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global aviation capital.
MBRAH serves as a free-zone destination for leading global airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) providers, and other aviation-related industries, offering high-level connectivity and specialised aerospace infrastructure.
