Dubai, UAE — June 2026 — Abu Dhabi – The “Mosanaeen 2026” exhibition for jobs in industry and advanced technology has reinforced its role in supporting the localization of national talent, connecting Emirati citizens with employment and training opportunities in promising industrial and technological sectors, including artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, and clean energy.

According to the Emirates News Agency, the exhibition falls under the executive tracks of the “Make it in the Emirates” initiative and the National In-Country Value program, aiming to enhance the readiness of Emirati talent to drive sustainable industrial growth in the coming period.

This year’s edition showed that the UAE’s sustainable industrial growth depends not only on the increasing number of factories and rising exports, but also on the sector’s ability to create quality career opportunities for Emiratis and connect them directly with future-facing sectors driving sustainable economic growth.

Over just three years, “Mosanaeen” has provided 5,200 job opportunities for Emirati talent in industrial and technological fields. The 2026 edition saw growing turnout, with more than 4,500 jobseekers attending over two days, resulting in the preliminary qualification of over 800 Emirati citizens for employment.

These results gain significance from the momentum in the national industrial sector: the sector’s contribution to UAE GDP has risen by around 70% since 2021, industrial exports exceeded AED 262 billion in 2025, and more than 5,000 products have been identified as opportunities for local manufacturing.

The 2026 edition offered more than 1,000 new job opportunities for young people, provided by over 70 leading national companies across strategic fields including artificial intelligence, advanced manufacturing, engineering, clean energy, industrial services, and emerging technologies.

The exhibition was organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (“Nafis”), the Abu Dhabi Investment Office, and ADNOC as strategic partner, alongside the Abu Dhabi Department of Government Enablement and e&, with sponsorship from Forvis Mazars, SLB, and ZCEA.
