Dulsco Group has announced the launch of Khutwa National Talent Programme, a new leadership and development initiative created specifically for Emirati employees across the organisation.
Derived from the Arabic word “Khutwa” (خُطوة), meaning “step”, the programme represents a purposeful move forward in participants’ professional journeys towards achieving career goals, building confidence and unlocking future leadership potential through structured learning and development.
Commenced on 16 September 2026, the eight-week programme welcomed 17 Emirati participants, with 11 places for ladies and six for males. The initiative reflects Dulsco Group’s continued commitment to Emiratisation and investing in the long-term growth of UAE National talent within the private sector.
The Khutwa National Talent Programme builds on the success of Dulsco Group’s existing internal leadership initiatives, including Emerging Leaders for managers and Lead Forward for Heads of Department and Directors. While those programmes focused on leadership development across management levels, Khutwa has been specially designed to support UAE National employees in developing practical workplace, communication, leadership and digital skills that contribute to long-term career success.
Participants will attend one full-day module each week over the course of eight weeks, where practical learning, workplace application and assessments are combined, with participants completing exams after each module in addition to a final examination at the conclusion of the programme.
The programme curriculum has been carefully developed to strengthen workplace confidence, communication, productivity and leadership capability through practical, hands-on learning experiences. Modules include creating the right perception and communication, active listening and communication channels, presentation skills and IT and AI basics, driving goals and skills, training versus counselling, delegation and motivation.
