Dubai, UAE — August 2026 — ADNOC Logistics & Services PLC announced record results for the second quarter and first half of 2026, beating market expectations and underscoring the company’s operational resilience amid strong performance in services that help deliver energy products from the UAE to global markets.

The company posted revenue of AED 9.49 billion in Q2 2026, up 98 percent year-on-year. EBITDA rose 176 percent year-on-year to AED 4.06 billion, while net profit surged 303 percent year-on-year to reach AED 3.49 billion.

For the first half of 2026, revenue climbed 46 percent year-on-year to AED 13.46 billion. EBITDA increased 98 percent year-on-year to AED 5.41 billion, with margins reaching 40 percent, up 11 percentage points year-on-year, driven by record performance in the shipping segment. Net profit grew 179 percent year-on-year to AED 4.3 billion.

The company raised its 2026 full-year guidance for the third time this year, reflecting the strength of earnings supporting ADNOC’s operations.

Captain Abdulkareem Al Masabi, CEO of ADNOC Logistics & Services, said strong fundamentals in the maritime shipping market, combined with the company’s rigorous execution discipline and ability to respond quickly to market shifts, drove exceptional financial performance and strong cash generation, resulting in record H1 2026 results.

He added that the company’s strategic investments in fleet growth would accelerate global expansion and transformational growth, strengthening its ability to deliver sustainable, long-term value to shareholders.

Ship acquisitions and newbuild commitments since the start of the year have reached approximately AED 8.5 billion, as part of a broader fleet expansion program backed by total capital expenditure commitments of AED 20.9 billion. The expansion is aimed at meeting ADNOC’s growing product requirements while supporting future earnings growth.

Fleet additions in 2026 include the LNG carriers “Arada” — the fifth new LNG vessel from China’s Jiangnan Shipyard to join the fleet — in March, followed by “Al Tawheela” in April.
