Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, January 30, 2023: In recognition of its testing facilities and staff proficiency, the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) has been appointed by the Ministry of Education as an authorized test center for EmSAT, the national system of standardized computer-based tests based on United Arab Emirates national standards.
AURAK thus becomes one of the three Ras Al Khaimah centers to have authorized EmSAT testing for male and female students. Students have an option to book EmSAT exam at least once a month at AURAK through the MOE portal. Nearly 100 students have booked or taken the test. Students joining AURAK can go through the Ministry of Education portal for test registration.

The university is fully equipped to conduct the computer-based test that is aimed to help Emirati, expatriate and international students to build the necessary skills and knowledge for higher education.
Ali Ebrahim Al Ali, an MBA student at AURAK, said: “With AURAK becoming an authorized EmSAT center offering the tests on campus, I have options to choose a date every month. This is very convenient for AURAK students who want to do the EMSAT test within proximity. Students can now get earlier dates for the EMSAT test at AURAK campus through the MOE portal.”
