Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has wrapped up its participation at GITEX AI Europe 2026 in Berlin, using the international platform to showcase Dubai’s growing digital economy and attract European technology companies, startups and investors to the emirate.

During the exhibition, the chamber presented Dubai’s business ecosystem to 287 European startups and scaleups, highlighting the emirate’s advantages as a global destination for digital businesses, innovation and entrepreneurship. The initiative focused on encouraging companies to expand their operations into Dubai and take advantage of its supportive technology ecosystem.

The chamber also held meetings with 20 international partners, including leading venture capital firms and startup accelerators, to explore collaboration opportunities and promote investment across key sectors of the digital economy.

Visitors to the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy pavilion were introduced to the emirate’s integrated digital infrastructure and its growing reputation as a global hub for technology companies, innovators and entrepreneurs.

Commenting on the participation, Saeed Al Gergawi, Vice President of Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, said Dubai continues to strengthen its position as a global centre for innovation by creating an advanced business environment that supports technology companies, attracts investment and nurtures talent. He added that the chamber remains committed to enhancing Dubai’s competitiveness and reinforcing its role in developing future-focused technologies.

A key attraction at the pavilion was the Launchpad Dubai platform, developed in partnership with Dubai Silicon Oasis, part of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ). The platform serves as a one-stop gateway for investors and entrepreneurs, offering business setup services and integrated support for companies looking to establish or expand in Dubai.

The chamber also spotlighted several high-growth Dubai-based startups and scaleups, including XPANCEO, developer of multi-functional smart contact lenses that has achieved unicorn status. Other featured companies included Carbon2Capital, Cognition AI, Kerno, and Qashio, demonstrating the diversity and strength of Dubai’s rapidly expanding technology ecosystem.
