Dubai, UAE — November 2025 — Dubai International Chamber attracted 261 new companies to Dubai, marking a 65 percent year-on-year surge.
According to a statement, these included 44 multinational companies, compared to 40 in the same period last year, reflecting growth of 10 percent.
Dubai International Chamber is one of the three chambers operating under the umbrella of Dubai Chambers.
Between January and September 2025, small and medium-sized enterprises saw a sharp rise, growing 84 percent to 217 compared to 118 last year.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, said the results reflect the emirate’s growing influence as a global trade and investment hub.
“We remain focused on attracting high-value foreign investment to Dubai, expanding the opportunities the emirate offers across key sectors, and reinforcing its pivotal role on the global trade and investment map in line with the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda,” he said.
He added that the chamber’s expanding network of international offices continues to play a crucial role in helping Dubai-based companies enter new markets while promoting the city’s competitive advantages to global business communities.
As part of the Dubai Global initiative, which aims to establish 50 international representative offices by 2030, the chamber expanded its footprint in 2025 with five new offices in Dhaka, Cape Town, Bengaluru, Bangkok, and Toronto.
Through this growing network, Dubai International Chamber now supports the global expansion of local companies into 30 priority markets.
During the first nine months of the year, its international offices organized 376 roundtable meetings to promote Dubai as a business hub, attract foreign direct investment, and position the emirate as a strategic gateway for companies with global ambitions.
The chamber’s international presence continues to strengthen two-way investment flows, open new trade channels, and help businesses in both Dubai and partner markets tap into emerging global opportunities.
Its offices also provide companies with insights into Dubai’s business environment, supporting international firms seeking to establish or expand their operations in the emirate.
